Mission
At Ford Girls & Associates, we are a 501(c)(3) youth nonprofit based in Tyler, Texas, dedicated to building a stronger future for youth and families through mentorship, education, and holistic support. We focus our efforts in North Tyler, where access to life-changing resources can have the greatest impact.
What We Do
At Ford Girls & Associates, our mission is to provide a safe and empowering space for youth and families in Northwest Tyler. Our core programs focus on four essential areas that lay the foundation for lifelong success and well-being:
Recreational Activities
We foster connection and joy through sports, fitness, art, music, and other creative outlets. Our recreational programs offer youth a healthy outlet to grow socially, emotionally, and physically in a safe and uplifting environment.
Financial Literacy
We provide practical, culturally relevant financial education for all ages—from teens learning budgeting basics to parents working toward financial stability. Topics include credit, saving, money management, and long-term financial planning.
Skills Development & Training
We prepare youth and families for the future with hands-on training in leadership, life skills, career readiness, digital tools, and entrepreneurship. Our goal is to build confident, capable individuals ready to thrive in school, work, and life.

Celebrate with us after the Juneteenth parade as we introduce Ford Girls & Associates to the community and raise funds to launch life-changing programs for youth and families in North Tyler.
